Product Description
To ensure precision, speed and the ultimate product quality, SHARE has made significant investments in its state-of-the-art ultrasonics cutting operations.
At SHARE, we have developed in house custom ultrasonics cutting machines. As a result, you can rely on high precision, outstanding cutting, closed sealed edges, and the consistent quality required by SHARE's world - class mesh filters - every time.
Ultrasonic slitting is often used to produce fabric strips and ribbons with closed edge, minimal material build-up. Ultrasonic cutting is ideal for precise and clean edge quality, and measurements are conducted using optical systems.
Share offers the most comprehensive selection of custom cut mesh by cold, heat, laser and ultrasonics technologies. Contact us now for more information.
Advantages
1. High precision and repeatability
In house developed ultrasonics machines with ultra fine mold ensure the cut pieces are precise and consistent. Nomally the cutting quality of ultrasonics is much better compared to the laser.
2. Clean, closed cut edges
Woven fabrics can easily fray after cutting, but the heat generated by the ultrasonics creates sealed edges due to melting.
3. High cutting speed
High speed ultrasonics machines combined with SHARE custom designed roll-off mechanism to process filter material from rolls. This results in significant faster production times. Thus we guarantee fast delivery for nomal orders.
SHARE Typical Filter Material | Advantages |
Nylon (PA6) | Tough, abrasion-resistant, good vibration damping, resistant to solvents, fuels and lubricants |
Nylon (PA6.6) | Rigid, stiff, abrasion-resistant, dimensionally stable at heat exposure |
Polyester (PET) | High rigidity, high hardness, high chemical resistance, good dimensional stability |
Polypropylene (PP) | Good chemical resistance, more heat resistant than PVC |
- Surface properties are even and consistent
- Thickness tolerance is within microns through entire rolls and lots
- Cleanliness meets strict standards

Customers have different requirements for filtration, separation and sifting , and relying only on single fabrication technology is not sufficient to meet the challenges of today's demanding filtration market.
With 40 years of expertise and experience from precision filter mesh materials to filter components, SHARE has the capability to tailor our precision filter mesh to your exact application through our outstanding manufacturing capabilities and automated fabrication processes, including cutting, calendering, stitching, gluing, welding, slitting, sewing, pleating, molding and more.
1. Laser Cutting
Laser cutting produces highly precise fabric parts with a heat-sealed edge. Share uses different laser cutting systems to meet customers various requirements including semi-automated vision systems and fully automated with AI programming.
4. Ultrasonic Stamping
Ultrasonic stamping ensures tight geometric tolerances. The edges are non-fraying. One tool is used for punching and can be used for larger quantities. Optical measuring systems measure dimensions and tolerances.
SHARE produces precision plastic cylindrical filters by using ultrasonic welded tubes.
Fabrics are firstly welded then pleated together, and cut to size of pleats.
The thread, patch and stitch can be customized on demand.
Created from a variety of mesh types and plastic materials, SHARE manufactures high quality molded plastic filters for a variety of applications.
We have created thousands of filtration solutions to help customers achieve the best filtration configuration and solution for various applications, including appliance, electronics, medical and healthcare, automotive, food and beverage, mining, architecture, aerospace etc.
